The Manduka RHEO Mat support your practice from the very start. Designed with soft and lightweight cushioning, and a reversible surface that lets you practice on either side.

Elevate your practice with the Comfort Cushion Mat, featuring an ultra-soft, 8mm foam cushion that delivers maximum comfort and support for your joints and bones. Ideal for low-impact movement, breathwork, and yin or restorative yoga, its lightweight design makes it easy to carry and set up anywhere. The reversible surface lets you switch up your practice on either side.

Crafted in Taiwan from natural tree rubber & recycled EVA foam.

Use & Care

To Clean: Wipe down your Comfort Cushion Mat after every practice with Manduka's Yoga Mat Wash & Refresh to keep it in ideal condition. Spray the entire surface of the mat & use a clean cloth to wipe the mat dry. Allow to dry fully before rolling or using. Never soak, shower, or submerge your mat in water. Store in a cool, dry place.

To Store: Roll and store in a cool, dry place. Do not fold or leave in direct sunlight.
